Abstract

Effective supervision of dangerous-goods supply chains requires collaboration among multiple agencies and reliable protection against concealment and false reporting. This study develops a blockchain-based conceptual platform with blockchain, storage, interface, and interaction layers. Three IPFS and FISCO BCOS data-integration modes support heterogeneous data sharing, while a smart-contract-based traceable state machine records the supervision process and clarifies accountability.
