&lt;p>本研究以上海通勤者为对象，探讨暴雨预警如何通过预警可信度、风险感知、自我效能和感知可达性影响通勤决策。研究将保护行动决策模型扩展到城市交通场景，关注预警信息、个体心理判断与出行调整之间的作用链。&lt;/p>

&lt;ul>
&lt;li>基于 1,563 份有效问卷，构建多阶段社会心理决策模型。&lt;/li>
&lt;li>社会经济地位较低的通勤者更容易出现较低的预警信任、自我效能和感知可达性。&lt;/li>
&lt;li>感知可达性与继续出行意愿正相关，与更换交通方式的倾向负相关；不同通勤方式的感知可达性存在显著差异。&lt;/li>
